Packing and delivery cost

Warning: During summer holidays orders should take a little bit longer to be delivered.

All orders for France or Europe are sent using the tracked package service (Colissimo).
The track & trace system makes your parcel unique.
Use the number your receive by e-mail when the shipment has been sent to know at any time your parcelís delivery status in the postal network.

For countries from abroad orders are sent using UPS

Orders are not processed at weekends and on bank holidays.

The carrier undertakes by contract with Atypyk to deliver the order to the recipient's address provided by Atypyk. Delivery times are the carrier's full responsibility, and in no case can Atypyk be held responsible for non-compliance with delivery times.

In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer undertakes to settle all product import and customs duties, valued-added tax, and any other taxes due in accordance with the laws of the country of order delivery. All orders placed with Atypyk are intended for the personal use of customers, and customers and delivery recipients shall not resell the products partly or fully. Atypyk cannot be held legally responsible for non-payment of duties or taxes by the customer.

Deliveries are made during the time slot agreed with the carrier, by direct handover of the order to the planned recipient, or if the latter is absent, to another person approved by the customer. Any delays shall not entitle the purchaser to claim compensation.
Deliveries to other EU countries are made by the tracked Colissimo Europe service operated by La Poste. Deliveries outside the EU are made by the international postal services.

War, rioting, fire, industrial action, accidents and the inability to procure goods are deemed to be force majeure grounds that discharge the vendor from its obligation to deliver. The goods are always carried at the recipient's risk. Goods should always be checked on delivery. If goods are incomplete or damaged, the customer has 48 hours to notify the carrier thereof. For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered to the customer in several parts. In this case the customer pays only for one delivery. If the customer wishes the order to be delivered to two addresses, he shall place two orders and accordingly pay for two deliveries.


For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be requested at the time of delivery. In this case the invoice accompanying the package and double spoke to the customer's billing address.
